As you can see, I have used the Rule of Thirds in order to make a focal point of the photo.On the other hand below, the other photo has not used the Rule of Thirds which makes the photo not have a focal point.
Above , it shows "How College tries to makes sure students stay safe", using the Rule of Thirds in order to make the photo dramatic which is easy to show how safety is used. Where as below it shows the complete opposite.
